Refund Policy

Returns are handled case by case. Contact us before sending anything back.

How to request a return

Email maccustomsllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Returns are accepted at our discretion. Items must be new, unused, and in the same condition as received.

What we won’t refund

  • Items with any wear, install marks, or damage
  • Customized or paint-matched products (no exceptions)
  • Orders tied to published lead times until that lead time has passed

Restocking & exchanges

Approved returns include a 25% restocking fee. If the item qualifies, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

Unused products may be eligible for exchange — we’ll work with you when we can.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be accepted at our discretion if the order has not shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

Customized orders and orders subject to estimated lead times cannot be cancelled.
